We are very excited to move into the next phase of being your favorite yoga studio around! In less than 3 years, you have helped us to grow and build a wonderful family of like-minded people striving to live healthy and inspired lives.  Stay tuned as we make some great new changes to enhance your yoga experiences.

ASHTANGA YOGA
is a specific system of yoga popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois.

Learn the basics of the set series of poses in Intro to Ashtanga.

Have your personal practice in a group setting in Mysore Style advanced Ashtanga class. Move from pose to pose at your own pace guided by your own breath. Class leader facilitates the class setting and gives adjustments while you vinyasa away.

Get your cardio and yoga together with Nia Yoga. Lori Roberts leads this unique yoga fusion class that draws on martial arts and cardio movement along with your yoga to get your sweat on.
